Simple jobs are normally completed within 2-3 hours after receiving the approved file.  However, some orders may take several days to complete depending on how difficult the job is and the size. Once we review the order, our Customer Service Representatives will provide you with an accurate timeline.

It is necessary to view a PDF or hard copy proof as it is your final opportunity to view the document before printing to ensure that there are no mistakes on the content. Your proof shows you the final version of your end product.

PDF (Portable Document Format) is the most common and preferred file format for submitting digital documents.
